Van Oord chooses Qimera for processing
Van Oord, a dredging and marine construction company from the Netherlands and long-standing QPS customer, has chosen Qimera as their new processing software package on board their flexible fall pipe vessels as an extension of their existing Qinsy workflow.
Qimera is a critical tool for post-processing and analysis. With advanced tools to ensure the highest data quality, it also has automated data cleaning routines and a rapid processing engine which will allow Van Oord to gain significant operational efficiency.
Besides usage on-board their flexible fall pipe vessels, Qimera is also used for midwater processing in support of engineering projects, such as dredge plume analyses to monitor dredge plume behaviour.
