Software Developer Zeist (NL)
QPS B.V. is seeking a Software Developer to strengthen the team in our Zeist office. This individual will work with our team of software developers to assist with development, maintenance, and deployment of our software.
You will
- Develop new features using best practices in software development;
- Troubleshoot and debug applications;
- Write unit and integration testing of the work completed as it undergoes quality assurance;
- Conduct research, estimation, and design;
- Participate in the daily stand up and other project meetings;
- Participate in code review;
- Document work completed including user manuals;
- Be part of a skilled energetic development team;
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience as software developer and technical insight;
- Knowledge of C++ or Object Orientated Programming;
- Able to work comfortably in a Windows development environment;
- Experience with source control tools such as Git;
- Analytical thinker, flexible and creative;
- Dutch Citizenship or Dutch job permit;
Additional Assets
- Familiarity with CAD / GIS, cartography, or mapping applications;
- Experience using the Qt Application Development Framework;
- Exposure to agile development methodologies;
- Web Development Technologies;
- Experience with Cloud Development;
- Experience with software testing;
