Hydro 17 14th - 16th November 2017
Hydro17 will be the 25th edition of the International Federation of Hydrographic Societies' Hydrographic Conferences. Our objective is traditionally connection within the hydrographic community. This is to stimulate business & innovation and realisation of creative technical solutions - for survey challenges.
Hydro17's theme 'Connecting 4D Future' aims to stretch our connection in space & time to disciplines relevant for Hydrography. As everything is connected on Mother Earth, the 'Earth System Science' approach might help us to look at our challenges from a new perspective.

The International Conference on Artificial Reef and Related Aquatic Habitats (CARAH) was first organised in 1974 in Texas, USA with aims to improve the exchange of information among people interested in artificial reefs and focus international attention on the potential of artificial reefs in fishery management. Almost 250 attendees from four nations (USA, Australia, Japan and Taiwan) participated the first CARAH event. Since then, CARAH has traveled to various venues worldwide (see list of past CARAH conferences below), allowing the global exchange of knowledge and experience among those involved in the diverse aspects of artificial reefs and related aquatic habitats.
