QPS Product Training for Rijkswaterstaat
During September and October, QPS bv is undertaking a total of ten QINSy training sessions for Rijkswaterstaat (Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, RWS).
The QPS QINSy training is bespoke for RWS and has been divided into three sessions; Introduction to QINSy Online, Introduction to QINSy Processing and an Advanced QINSy. In total, forty staff from RWS will be trained by QPS bv.
For more than fifteen years, RWS has been making use of QPS software products, starting with single beam echosounder surveys and of late with multibeam echosounder surveys, using QPS QINSy and Qloud products. Since 2005, RWS has been making use of the QPS Qarto suite for ENC production in the Scheldt river estuary, whereby very frequent bathymetric updates are efficiently processed into high resolution electronic chart files which in turn are distributed in a supervised manner to multiple stakeholders.
